During the game press and hold Circle, X, Start together. The game should pause, then press Start to continue and the camera should be fixed.

During the game press and hold Triangle, Square, Start. The game will pause. Press Start to resume the game with the new camera view.

Simply use the memory card with a Armored Core: Project Phantasma save on it and you will transfer all of your money and parts.
