Note: PSX Extreme staff have tested these codes and we are 100% sure that they work. If you have to face north, make sure that you face EXACTLY north. To make it easier, hang on something that would make you face north and then press Select for the inventory screen.

All items

You have to turn Lara exactly North by looking at the compass, then enter the inventory screen. Highlight the "Small Medipack" selection, hold L1 + L2 + R1 + R2 + Down and press Triangle.

Level skip

You have to turn Lara exactly North by looking at the compass, then enter the inventory screen. Highlight the "Load Game" selection, hold L1 + L2 + R1 + R2 + Up and press Triangle.

All weapons, Infinite Ammo, Medipacks

You have to turn Lara exactly North by looking at the compass, then enter the inventory screen. Highlight the "Large Medipack" selection, hold L1 + L2 + R1 + R2 + Up and press Triangle.
