At the game title screen and enter the following code on any instrument: Red, Yellow, Blue, Red, Red, Blue, Blue, Red, Yellow, Blue. This disables saving. Now, it must be mentioned, PSX Extreme could not get this code to work on the PS3 version. But others claim it does work. We've tried entering it fast and slow, to no avail. So your results may vary.
