Level Select

At the main menu, choose one or two player mode and press Circle (not X) to begin the game. Then a menu will come up that allows any level to be played, with some enhancements on few levels.

Nine Lives

Press start during the game and press Right, Right, Right, Down, Circle, Left, Down.

Five Shots

Press start during the game and press Down, Left, Circle, Down, Right, Right, Right.

Classic Mode and Credits

Do the "Level select" code, pick level 00, and beat it to open an ending, classic mode, and credits. Press Right while choosing the number of players, to access classic mode. Choose the options screen to view the credits.
