Get First Level

While you are playing the game, pause the game and enter L1, R1, L1, R1.

Get Second Level

While you are playing the game, pause the game and enter L2, R2, L2, R2

Get Third Level and other Bonuses

While you are playing the game, pause the game and enter L1 + R1 + L2 + R2. You should also get some new power-ups and the old Pong stages.
