Creating Dream Team 

1 Enter the create a player screen 

2 Skip the naming, batting, stance, etc., 

3 Make the player's position on catcher 

4 Turn Arm Strength, Arm Accuracy, Glove, and Range to D - 

5 Using the points you just got turn contact, power, hitting, speed, bunt, and patience to A. 

6 Trade your worst player for him from the free agent pool, he should be a A or A- 

7 Trade him for whoever you want. If they say no, keep asking till they accept. 

8 Repeated until you have your very own dream team. 

Better Hitting

As soon as the pitcher releases the ball press Start. You will see where the ball is going. This will usually result in homeruns or doubles

Better Pitching

The best pitchers in the game have a pitch called "Slurve". Pedro even has a pitch called "Dominate Curve".

Restore Pitcher's Energy

Go to DL and put any pitcher on a 15 day DL, in season, franchise or expansion mode. When he comes back, he will have recovered all his energy.

Better Franchise or Expansion Mode Teams

Trade away older players and trade them for younger players. Be reasonable and trade for B to B- players. If your trade is rejected keep trying till they accept. Do this every year to keep a good team.

Infinite Points

Throw a perfect game every game to gain 100 points. Simply switch controls with the computer every time they come up to bat and intentionally strike out.

Control Homerun Replay

During a homerun replay, press different buttons when your player is heading home from third to see different angles.
